- Range set with pyramids of unlimited range balls
- Scorecards with custom logos
- Set up banners and registration

- All tables, tents, and hole signs set before the tournament
- Beverage cart loaded and iced
- All scoring done by Pro shop
- Rules sheet put in carts
- Swag bags put in carts
- PA system for music before the event and for announcements.
- Custom messages and logos on Visage cart screens. Can change the logo and message as players move through the course.
- Putting contest set up.
- All Par 3 closest to the Pins and long drive set up and brought in after the tournament.
- Bag staff to help load players carts
